Arts & Culture

Whether you're interested in the thrill of live theater or music, checking out exhibits at downtown galleries, or interacting with local history buffs at a museum, Clark County has it.

The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and Bravo! Vancouver provide world-class performances from the baroque to the modern, while the Old Liberty Theater in Ridgefield presents many folk and bluegrass performers. Vancouver's Clark College hosts an annual high school jazz festival. Those with a passion for performing arts will enjoy the many theater companies located in the area, including Arts Equity, Slocum House and Magenta Theaters, the Clark College Theater Department, and the Vancouver Dance Theater.

The county is also home to a number of art galleries, including the Northbank Artists Gallery, Angst Gallery, Sixth Street Gallery, the Firehouse Glass Gallery, and the Archer Gallery at Clark College. Museums are also a top priority, with the Clark County Historical Museum and the Pearson Air Museum providing living historical exhibits year-round.
